A Naval Saya with a black leather combat cover and single ashi for a kaigunto. Overall length approx. 67 cm or 26 3/8 inches.
Would take a blade up to approx. 22 inches. Probably used by a Pilot from the Naval Air Corp.
This saya is part of a set to the Kaigunto Tsuka, andTsuba and Seppa set that I also have listed. A scarce koshirae for anyone who buys the complete set.
