COMPLETE JAPANESE ARMY MAJORS UNIFORN ENSEMBLE
The tunic is a scarce type 3 with the rank braid and stars to the cuffs and the larger
collar rank insignia than that of the more common type 98 officers tunic.. The tunic also has its original white collar and medal ribbon bar. The matching breeches are original to the set as is the officers combat cap with its silk lining.
The officers black leather boots are complete with spurs and the officers sword belt comes with a chain hanger. The good quality early type 98 gunto koshirae with family mon and orange/brown field officers tassel completes the set.
The set was purchased direct from japan a number of years back.
